CARGOWISE seeks a Heavy Truck Supervisor in the UAE to lead our fleet operations and ensure efficient, compliant and safe deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule a team of heavy truck drivers
- Plan and optimise routes and delivery timelines
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, safety and compliance
- Track fleet performance and report on KPIs
- Handle operational issues and driver coordination
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in fleet/transport supervision
- Valid UAE driving licence; heavy vehicle licence preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of UAE transport regulations and routes
- Good English communication and reporting skills
