CARGOWISE is seeking a Country Head for India to lead our operations and accelerate growth across the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and performance of the India operation
- Develop new business and strategic client partnerships
- Build and lead a high-performing team across locations
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance
- Set and deliver the national growth strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years in logistics/freight forwarding, with senior leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of the Indian logistics market and network
- Proven P&L ownership and team leadership
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
