Lead CARGOWISE operations, growth and P&L for Sri Lanka.
CARGOWISE is seeking an experienced Country Head to lead and grow our business in Sri Lanka, with full responsibility for operations, strategy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and overall performance of the Sri Lanka operation
- Drive business development and key client relationships
- Lead, build and develop the local team
- Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance
- Define and execute the country growth strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years in freight forwarding/logistics, with leadership experience
- Strong commercial network in the Sri Lankan market
- Proven P&L and team leadership track record
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
